The hotel is situated in a stunning location, nestled in a narrow wooded cove right on the beach. This creates a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms have a charming nautical theme, with small but comfortable beds and even some with sea views. The hotel staff are friendly and provide great service, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the prices are reasonable and the breakfast is delicious, offering good value for money.

All was satisfactory, nothing negative to report.

I gotta say, we got a great value for our money at Yha Boggle Hole. The room was comfy and clean, and the whole place had a cool boat-themed vibe. Plus, the location was spot on with the beach right at our doorstep. The staff was super friendly and helpful too, especially Katie O who checked us in and served us delicious food in the evening.

The morning meal could use a little improvement, maybe more variety in options. But overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

The lounge with the wood burning stove was cosy and welcoming - perfect for relaxing with the kids. the Crows Nest building had modern and streamlined accommodations. the bathroom facilities were excellent. the main building had quirky decor with great attention to detail.

Felt immediately at home, no complaints at all.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel located in a narrow wooded cove on the beach. The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the sea from my room. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient, and I especially appreciated the comfortable rooms with a double bed and a bunk above. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious and satisfying, setting me up for a day of exploring the nearby charming village.

Everything was great, nothing could have been improved.

We had a wonderful romantic getaway at this charming hostel. The location was perfect, nestled in a picturesque cove with stunning views of the coast. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hostel itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, making it feel cozy and inviting. We especially loved the pirate-themed decor, it added a touch of whimsy to our stay. The onsite cafe served delicious food and drinks, and the breakfast was especially tasty. We also enjoyed the various trails and treasure hunts that were available for entertainment. it was a fantastic experience.

The price, which seemed a bit high for a shared dorm. However, considering the location and the overall quality of the hostel, it was worth it for a special occasion.

The hotel had a great seaside location with stunning views and was perfect for watching the sunrise. The breakfast was delicious and, for the price, it was good value for money. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was incredibly noisy throughout the night, the bathroom facilities were unclean and had broken doors, and the cramped dorm room meant there was no privacy. The room was far too hot, but the windows wouldn't open, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

I absolutely loved the location of the hotel, as it was right on the coast with stunning views of the sea. The fact that it was literally right on its own beach was a huge plus! Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch and very clean. I also appreciated the attentive and helpful staff who went out of their way to assist me. Finally, the parking was very convenient and made my stay much easier.

    Nothing, it is perfect.

Located right on the beach, Yha Boggle Hole offers a unique and adventurous experience for families. the hostel is steeped in history and surrounded by a beautiful natural environment. the rooms, especially the ones in the new annex, are plush and comfortable. Families can enjoy activities like making dams with the tide, playing badminton, and exploring the nearby rock pools. the staff is friendly and helpful, adding to the welcoming atmosphere of the hostel.

The car park is located half a mile away and requires a steep walk up the hill.

The value for money at this hotel is second to none. The prices for food and drinks, like a coffee and big slice of cake, are incredibly reasonable. The attention to detail is impressive, with quirky and fun decor throughout the hotel. The location is catchy, right by the beach, and you can even walk to Robin Hood's Bay when the tide is low. The staff are friendly and helpful, creating a lovely welcoming atmosphere.

All was great, couldn't ask for more!

We had a great value for our money with a comfortable room and the location was perfect for a family with young kids, right by the beach. The staff at this place were extremely welcoming and helpful.

Breakfast delights could be improved by offering a wider selection of options.

We had a great Easter stay at this quirky hotel by the coast. the location couldn't be better, right on the beach with stunning views. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Richard who went above and beyond. the shared facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the secure bike shed was a bonus for cyclists.

The room we stayed in was a bit cramped, especially for four middle-aged cyclists with all our gear. It would be better suited for a younger group.

The location of the hotel was amazing, right on the beach with beautiful views. It was perfect for a seaside getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. the food at the hotel was tasty and reasonably priced, offering good value for money.

The sitting areas at the hotel were lacking and there was a lack of entertainment options for kids. It would have been better if there were more comfortable seating options and a dedicated games room.

A hidden gem nestled down on a Yorkshire Coast beach, this place is perfect for those seeking serenity and nature. Get ready to hike down a steep hill from where you leave the car, the long distance Cleveland Way footpath is right there. the bunk rooms with shared facilities are spotless, breakfasts are outstanding, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Secure bike storage, good beer, and freshly made coffee are just a few of the facilities that catered to our needs.

Some areas of the hotel can be a bit noisy, but nothing that impacts the serene surroundings.

The location of this hotel is exceptional. Just a short walk from the beautiful Robin Hood's Bay, it offers stunning views and easy access to the beach. We loved taking leisurely strolls along the beach and cliffs, exploring the picturesque surroundings. It was also a convenient 10-minute drive to Whitby, where we enjoyed visiting its historic Abbey, church, pier, and indulging in some famous Fortune's kippers.

The only minor issue we encountered was the difficulty in regulating the heat in the room. The temperature seemed a little too warm, and we struggled to find the right balance.
